What if I don't like the edit?
You don't pay. Every edit comes to you as a watermarked preview first. Final, unwatermarked files are delivered only after you approve.
Will it actually look like my work?
Send us your reference films and we match your pacing, color, music style, and brand look. Every edit includes 2 revision rounds; a different style or new footage is quoted separately. See real examples in our showreel.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a change to the film we delivered: trims, re-ordering moments, music or timing tweaks, colour and audio fixes. Send all your notes together and that is one round. Every edit includes 2 rounds. A different style or new footage is a new brief, and we quote it before we start.
How much data (GB) is allowed per project?
Every package covers up to 300GB of footage. Over that, it's an extra $20 for every 200GB — so 500GB of footage adds $20.
When does the 48–72 hours start?
Once we have all the footage, audio, and reference files. Multi-day weddings, very large footage sets, or complex multi-camera projects may take longer — we tell you before we start.
What if my editor disappears in peak season?
You're not hiring one freelancer. Your projects go to our in-house editing team, so delivery never depends on one person's availability.
What happens after the 3 trial weddings?
Nothing automatic. Keep going per project ($220 or $299 per film) or move to the Studio Retainer ($900 / month for 4 films). No contracts.
