Subscription Cancellation
Cancel at least 3 business days before your next billing cycle to avoid auto-renewal. Refunds are not issued for partial monthly usage once billing occurs.
Trial Film Policy
Our low-cost trial edits are offered to evaluate style compatibility. These trial slots are final and non-refundable once editing begins.
Digital video editing represents a custom service involving highly specialized human labor, licensing costs, and computing resources. Therefore, completed video edits are generally non-refundable once final clean files are signed off and delivered.
However, if you feel there has been a billing error or a significant failure in project delivery that revisions cannot correct, please contact us immediately to review your case.
